Our Purpose
Fayette Literacy provides:

Reading, language, writing and mathematics instruction

Preparation for Post Secondary education entrance exams

Support for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library for Fayette County
Fayette Literacy serves as the primary non-profit organization for the advocacy and implementation of literacy programs in the county. Fayette Literacy provides services for adult learners in acquiring, improving and applying basic literacy skills including reading, writing, math and oral communication. These services empower individuals to realize their full potential as individuals and as contributing members of their families and community.
Fayette Literacy is supported in part by funding from the United Way of the Mid South, grants, fundraisers and other individual and corporate contributions.
